Dr. Natasha Jackson began her studies at University Florida to acquire her Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Sciences in 2004. She relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and worked in the fitness industry prior to attending Emory University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. Over the last ten years, Dr. Jackson has been practicing in multiple settings including acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health. Her goal through her therapy is to improve mobility, restore function, and inspire patient independence.
Dr. Jackson’s passion has always been in physical activity as she believes that the human body was made to move- not to be sedentary. She believes that the human body is God’s greatest creation and each individual is responsible for purposefully and intentionally maintaining their physical and mental well-being. Through physical therapy and wellness coaching, Dr. Jackson is striving to educate her community on the human body, its functions, abilities, and needs so that they can experience the immediate and long-term benefits of physical activity.
